ON AN EXTREMELY SERIOUS NOTE, Law might eventually be up for naked times with Dorian eventually. Things have really gotten messy rather quickly and he doesn’t even know how he has ended up in a quasi-relationship with Dorian in less than a week. Maybe it was the interaction—oh who am I kidding, it’s the interaction. The pacing of it is really why they’re not having naked wrestling already. Oh, and the fact that the only memory he had up to this point was that the only person who loved (as far as his memories told him) died for him.
That’d put people off of getting close to others who seem to be so willing.

LION; Initially Panther is very much so unimpressed with Lion and doesn’t know what to make of her. He kind of dealt with her because they arrived together and seemed to be able to bounce off of one another pretty easily. But then they were cats so it wasn’t too important for him to get along with her. So that’s good. Then….came trauma. Trauma really set the mood for everything. Trauma made him realize that friends are important and that everyone here needs someone to lean on during these times.
This isn’t a place where he can go it alone and luckily he doesn’t have to. Then of course, as he is watching people being mauled and sticking it through because FRIENDSHIP!!! and all of that—he’s wondering how Lion is. So when he sees her with a fucking hole in her chest and missing a heart, he decides right then and there that he’ll stick with her. She’s his friend. His “liter-mate”. They came together and somehow, if he can, they’ll leave together or at the very least at the same time.
Also she’s the worst wingman he could ask for :c AND EVEN IF HE DOESN’T END UP GOING DOWN HER ROMANCE PATH—he’ll always consider her important to him.
SPARKLER; THIS IS A WHIRLWIND ROMANCE AND NO ONE SHOULD TELL ME OTHERWISE? I DON’T KNOW WHAT’S HAPPENING BETWEEN THESE TWO IN ALL HONESTY. Panther was like, “okay cool. This guy is really into me??? That’s ????” &thanks to his single memory given to him at the time, he’s a lot more accommodating to having people be close to him than his canon self. Like. Way more.
It isn’t really until they kiss and the little chit-chat afterwards that sets the things for them really. The way that Sparkler asked him for permission and is constantly checking with him if it’s okay… Sure Sparkler made it crystal clear to him that he has this “system” with Ragdoll and all but Panther was a bit… ??? at the fact that he would have something with someone but also feel the need for whatever he had to offer too.
It’s really this thread that things exploded I think. I don’t know—the fact that Sparkler was honest and real with him and not hiding behind that façade really warmed Panther to Sparkler and set it in his mind that he could at the very least try because had he not answer him seriously/like that, he wouldn’t have gone along with it. He doesn’t want to get close and see something bad happen to someone he cares again—re. Trauma & memories—but it also isn’t a good enough reason for him to stay away.
EVENINGSTAR; P. much another person that Law is seriously at wits ends with. He doesn’t understand how someone could be so cheerful about things so upsetting in her life? But here she goes. Super happy about things in general and calling him “soft” and “gooey” in the center… Though Panther wonders if there isn’t more to her because of all of the cheer—whether that means that she’s got some screws loose in her head or hiding something deeper, who knows. Their social rank is like 2. Though she also helped him get Lion a new heart so maybe 2 is putting it a little low.

He basically stands way back in a corner somewhere where people can't notice him too easily and takes mental notes about who gets along with who. Friendship and bonds are interesting to him because of the role he plays here in Kyri.

Sorry, he's an entirely different breed of person and while he wants to help the people around him, he doesn't want to make the mistake of getting too attached or something. So sometimes he can get weird about new people! He's a lot better once they've been around for a while.

Now, in all seriousness, Lion doesn't care very deeply for anyone in Kyr. Isabela, Hank, and Panther are really about the extent of her list here and even that doesn't go very far, which makes sense since she hasn't really been around long. She likes to talk, tease, and be around other people but she doesn't really attach herself to them, which is only going to start getting a lot worse as her memories come back. SHE IS A FREE BIRD WHO CANNOT BE WEIGHED DOWN. Panther really kind of sealed his place when he came for her after the game because before then, she liked him perfectly fine, but didn't really intend to nurture a relationship between them. He was gonna be the guy she liked to annoy, but he went looking for her after shit went down and even carried her back to her room. Knowing that he stayed with her also means a hell of a lot! Panther is someone she intends to protect and keep around, regardless of what that might mean.
She does find Law to be attractive, but she's more of TALK SHIT & do nothing as far as that goes. because that's not on her current list of priorities! she's busy creeping on armin, watching people around the castle, and trying to leech as much info as she can even if that means occasionally playing dumb. once she's got more of an established footing here, intimacy will become more of a viable option.
also, she is making absolutely no effort to be a wingwoman. might even be hindering it a little bit. mostly because it strikes her as the strangest thing. IT'S HILARIOUS but also "what the hell is going on".
Sparkler - as time goes on, she's going to shorten his name so much, he'll just be "S". Likes him fine, need more threads.
