Absolutely. Gojou showed Limbo that in the modern era of some places, people don't believe in it anymore. It is rather sad.

Human belief in the supernatural has waned, that's true. Largely to the increasing distress of mankind and obsession with learning and controlling more about their world. In effect, it's a demystification of the unknown that kills gods and the fantastic.

Though I guess it's arguable whether that means the supernatural die off to it, or if it means they're just waiting in hiding until they can rise again.
