So when Law pulls away after the short kiss, and tries to ignore everything, Steven reaches out and pulls him back in for a second, more blatant and deeper kiss.

[ IS THIS WHAT PEOPLE WANT??? but...hello?? steven can't just get to do that and think he can get away with it? rather, he wasn't going to let it seemingly seem it was just one-sided and he grabs steven by the front of his shirt and returns that kiss matching the feeling that steven presented but....with a little more.
a bite perhaps? either way he's not going to give everyone a show and release steven's shirt and smooth it down with his hand.
afterwards, law goes back to sitting there and minding his own business (or playing more of the party games) while trying not to look too pleased with himself. he really has no idea why everyone was suddenly hyper focused on making steven (and him) show off and getting meddling with their affairs but here they were.

because here is the last(?) dare that law has to deal with (probably??) depending on how the rest of this is going to end up. but, you know, while there is a very innocent way to "mark [his] territory" on steven, there is a way that is very much so building up to that law is going to monopolize on.
EVERYTHING STARTED OFF SO CUTE AND NOW. no one look at me or this because i'm in tears but why bother with adjusting his shirt after this (haha) as law is going to lean in and give a kiss to steven's neck (just under his jaw and above the tattoo don't look). a kiss is hardly a mark but a hickey totally is. so, hello, welcome to your new hickey, steven. law might look a little pleased with himself after this but whose to say?
He has a "?" look when Law leans in again, thinking its another stupid cuddle or kiss dare, but full-body jolts when he instead goes in for a fucking mark right on his neck. Right around where he's more sensitive!!! Law is rude, he didn't have to go this route.
He only has the slightest flush of red more or less at the end of his ears and cheeks, but he's just hissing a quiet "Law." at him. I hope you're happy with yourself. He will not retaliate here, some things are meant to be private.
But he is a physical bully a little bit so he does reach out and hold Law by the jaw and yank him back, whispering something at him, before setting him free and fixing his collar. Even though what he's wearing isn't high-collared enough for a blooming red mark that high up.
