[ law might be well-traveled but there's definitely something about her homeland that impresses him. maybe it's because there's something about the expansiveness of snow and field that is illuminating after being stuck in wherever they have managed to be stuck in. there's just....something.

(unlike what the anime shows.) what can be seen is a light dusting of snow on the ground and roofs, but it's honestly quite hard to tell that it's there.
